Canal Park is a section of Union City in The Last Stand: Union City and The Last Stand: Dead Zone. Canal Park has a danger level of 7 in TLS:UC, and 36 in TLS:DZ.

Jefferson Avenue

• United Arms, an unsafe gun store. A possible survivor companion named Hank can be found here. He gives a Quest, and should you complete it, he will join you.
• Paper Company, an unsafe storage facility. A Sharpened Pocket Knife can be found here.
• Glendale Apartments, an unsafe 3-floor apartment block. Contains:

1. Room 101 - a Where's Wilmo? skillbook and a Cleaver.
2. Room 102 - Shells.
3. Room 103 - a M1911 Pistol, .45 Cal ammo, Pain Pills and No Zzz.
4. Room 104 - a Sharpened Kitchen Knife, a Note, and a locked cupboard containing Defcon Force, Where's Wilmo?, and Glendale Hunter skillbooks.
5. Room 204 - a Note.
6. Room 203 - a Note, Shells, and a Shotgun.
7. Room 201/202 - a Medkit, a Note, Pain Pills, and a locked safe containing a Scoped Death Adder .45 and Cash. Also, Hank's quest items can be found here.

• Warehouse, an unsafe storage facility. Does not contain anything, barring lucky/skilled finds.

Union City South Hospital

• The lobby contains two Notes.
• First floor - first room contains Pain Pills, second room contains a Be Prepared skill book, third room contains nothing.
• Second floor - a locked storeroom that contains 2 Bandages and a Medkit and a janitor's closet that contains a Sharpened Pocket Knife.
• Third floor - a key for the locked storeroom on the second floor can be found on the desk. First room contains 2 bottles of Pain Pills, second room contains a Note, third room contains clothing, fourth room contains Cash, fifth room contains nothing.
• Fourth floor - a Safehouse containing 2 NPCs named Laura Harris and Shenice Johnson, and 2 Notes in the third area.

Freeman Street

• A King-o-Pawn store.
