This manual covers the basic fundamentals about rifle and pistol shooting, which teaches beginners to practice their aim before they practice their speed.
How to obtain[]
- Level 15 variants can be crafted using 2 Tactics Pages and 1 Tactics Page - Ability at a Level 3+ Training Center for 32
after scavenging the required schematic. Also requires a Level 13+ Fighter and Level 3+ Tactics Planning skill.
Effect[]
It increases the accuracy of all weapons by 4%, but reduces the move speed of all survivors by 2%.
