Proudly framing hunted animal heads and coat-of-arms are celebratory shields, made of steel or polymers and ensuring your trophies never get a chance to fall off or cling precariously on the wall. Many people also inscribe their names and the date they won the prize on the shield as well, serving as an everlasting reminder of the exact date you went hunting and scored big.
