The Construction Yard is required to construct and upgrade several outdoor-only buildings. Upgrades to this structure unlocks additional buildings and building upgrades.

Specifications

• Outdoor placement only.
• Cannot be scavenged from during raids.
• Occupies area of 4x4 squares bordered by walking area.
• Provides Moderate Cover.
