When containment is impossible, extermination of the infected is the only option.
If the number of infected individuals surpasses that of uninfected individuals and the containment of infected proves difficult or is an immediate risk to both uninfected subjects and quarantined areas then agents, troopers and recruits are ordered and allowed to dispose of infected individuals in any way they deem fit; regardless of the cost.

It increases the projectile damage done by all weapons by 5%, but increases the noise output by 65%.
