Fern Dillinger is an NPC who appears in The Last Stand: Union City. She appears as part of "The Mechanic" quest in the Survival Kit premium add-on.
She and Clarence are both captured and taken hostage by the brother-bandits Paul and Jeb. As part of their plan to steal Clarence and Fern's car, the brothers pretend that the couple are their friends, and trick the player into getting gas for the car. The player must talk to them after killing the bandits, where they will receive the reward for the aforementioned quest.
