Fern Dillinger is a NPC who appears in The Last Stand: Union City. She appears as part of "The Mechanic" quest in the Survival Kit premium add-on.
She and Clarence are both captured by the brother-bandits Paul and Jeb. The player must talk to them after killing the bandits, where they will receive the reward for the aforementioned quest.
