Made by grinding up roasted peanuts and adding vegetable oil to the resulting paste in order to make it easier to spread, peanut butter is one of the more popular spreads available, especially for bread. Much like the peanuts it is made from, its high protein content and resistance to spoilage make them excellent for survivors on the go.
