The G36 Carbine is a Premium assault rifle featured in The Last Stand: Dead Zone.
Background
A compact model of the German G36 that has served internationally in military and law enforcement applications; from personal defense for vehicular personnel to special operations in urban and jungle environments. This model also differs in its rail carrying handle, which allows for the mounting of any desired optics.
Equipped by some law enforcement agencies and special forces units.
How to Obtain
- Level 25 Normal variants might be obtained by opening Beacon Security Boxes (no longer available).
- Level 25 Normal variants might be obtained by opening Re-Released and Re-Re-Rereleased HERC Tactical Response Supply Boxes.
- There is a very low chance of obtaining Normal variants of varying levels by opening Supply Boxes.

Tactics
A highly versatile weapon, its combination of decent accuracy, range and firepower, as well as a large magazine, make it effective in nearly any situation. Its one downside is that it takes longer to reload than other assault rifles, which can be counteracted by gear selection and/or carefully timed manual reloads.
Recommended Gear
- Ammunition Mods increase its stopping power, allowing it to bring down enemies more quickly.
- Ammunition Pouches/Bandoliers speeds up reloads, reducing the amount of time its wielder is vulnerable.
- Glasses increase its effective range, giving its wielder more time to bring down incoming enemies.
