The Union Security Gun Cage is located on the second floor of the Union Security safehouse in The Last Stand: Union City. An officer named Richards took the key to the gun cage, thus leaving the other officers defenseless except for G17 pistols. The player is given a quest to track down Richards, which is found dead at the end of the Penhock Subway Station. The key to the gun cage can be found by searching him.
