Health is a character statistic in The Last Stand: Union City and The Last Stand: Dead Zone.

The Last Stand: Union CityEdit

Health affects how much damage the player can take before dying. Using food (Run & Gun mode only) and health items will replenish health, as will sleeping and levelling up. The character's total health can be increased by adding to the Endurance skill.

The Last Stand: Dead ZoneEdit

The amount of health a survivor has is determined by their survivor class, any gear items they have equipped, and if they are wearing any clothing items that boost health. Typically, Fighters and Engineers have the highest health, while Medics and Recons have the lowest. A survivor's health can be replenished during missions, raids, and compound horde defenses by having a Leader or Medic heal them. Unlike The Last Stand: Union City, survivors will not die if their health is depleted; instead they will incur a major injury. If survivors receive damage while their health is below 50%, they have a chance of obtaining a minor injury. All injuries take away a portion of health that cannot be healed during a mission. Injuries must either be given time to heal by themselves or healed immediately using medical items.
