Agility techniques to increase running speeds.
Want to run faster? If you can complete up to 5 miles, you’re ready to boost your speed and your fitness. Run for the hills. Hills help you build lung and leg strength and give you the basic foundation required to run like a true athlete. As you go up the hill, try to stay relaxes, keep your eyes up front and your feet ready to meet the rising road. On the way down, make sure your feet don't slap the ground unless you'd like an injury. Keep the same level of effort as you're climbing the hill and as you are making the descent so you don't end up spent by the end of the exercise. As you get fitter, add more challenging hills by varying the grade and length of your courses.
Most of these tips were taken from the Jacked Up magazine though they are not recommended to exercise neophytes.
How to obtainEdit
- Level 10 variants can be crafted using 2 Tactics Pages and 1 Tactics Page - Ability at a Level 1+ Training Center for 11 . Also requires a Level 8+ Recon and Level 1+ Tactics Planning skill.
It increases the move speed of all survivors by 2%.
