Background
With society in shambles and the world in chaos, order must be restored; otherwise all will be lost. Only the strict, military discipline and training can save whatever we have left now. The politicians that argue and bicker with each other must step aside; in their place are trained military generals and commanders that will make the right choice, right away and with no 'Buts'. Order will be maintained with curfews, military justice, and courts-martial.
Originally read only by hardcore zombie apocalypse lunatics, it was consulted by military officers when Martial Law was declared in Union City.
