No Zzz is a type of drug featured in The Last Stand: Union City.
Description
Pep-pills that reduce tiredness.
Background
Pills that induce insomnia are commonly used by patients that have difficulty staying awake. Several drugs have been known to fight sleep; the most commonly used of these is caffeine. No-sleep pills are often used by those with medical conditions that fatigue them to no end, by students and office workers trying to burn the midnight oil, and by abusers of over-the-counter drugs.
Do not overdose. Stop use and consult a doctor immediately if unusual symptoms occur. Call poison control immediately if overdose is suspected.

Effect
Their function is to reduce tiredness, but since it is only a factor in Survivor mode, it's mostly useless in Run & Gun mode. However, they can be useful for completing the achievements Playing Doctor and Physician, as using any medical items count towards both in either mode. Note that No Zzz will not contribute towards the achievement "Pills Here!"
Their appearance is identical to that of Pain Pills when dropped by zombies.
