For two-hundred years did the clandestine whiskey-makers of the Appalachian mountains produce moonshine, "by the light of the moon." Seemingly innocent corn mash was converted to alcoholic spirits in improvised stills, which are then transported on the backs of mules by bootleggers across the roadless terrain. Nowadays, moonshine is only illegal because the makers refuse to pay federal taxes; to "legally" deliver this beverage to you, we've had to make it alcohol-free. Drink without fear!
