Background
Which method of deciding the winner is easier? Quality, or quantity? Well, with quality, it can be quite debatable. But with quantity, there's no argument — just simple counting. Whoever has the most stuff wins. 20 wooden spoons is better than 7 broken chairs. 10 damaged pistols is better than one polished assault rifle. 3 clubs is better than one spear.
Can be found in the bookshelves of unsuccessful scavengers.
How to obtain
- It can be found while scavenging in the Dead Zone.
Effect
Decreases the chance of finding quality items during missions by a percentage and gives a small boost to XP gained from missions.
