"To be fast, or not to be fast", could probably mean the difference between life and death. You have this item you really need (or at least, really, really want), and you need it fast. The best option would be to tear down the pile of junk in front of you with flailing arms and dig like a machine, throwing unwanted objects behind you like in the movies, until you get to your item. The more people you have with you to help, the faster... and faster means better!
Can be found in the bookshelves of unsuccessful robbers that tried to rob their location too quickly and tripped the alarm as a result.
