The Last Stand: Union City[]
Improves the accuracy of a weapon significantly, to a greater degree than the Custom Stock attachment. Available for Rifles, Assault Rifles, Submachine Guns and Revolvers.
The Last Stand: Dead Zone[]
Improves accuracy of ranged weapons by 15%. Available for Long Rifles, Assault Rifles, Light Machine Guns, Bows, the PDW-M, the UMP-45, the PP-19M, the P-90, the Sportshot .45, the AE-50, the PDW-R, the AS-15, the TMP-15, the SV-15, and the UMP9-S.

- In TLS:UC, rifles, assault rifles and pistols always have a telescopic sight attached, while submachine guns have a small reflex sight instead.
- It is one of two attachments combined in the Spec Ops attachment type, the other being Suppressed.
- This attachment is not available for the FAL Battle Rifle in the final version of TLS:UC, but was in the second to last Alpha version.
- In TLS:DZ, none of the bows have the scope visualized on them.
