A heavy cutting implement used by firemen to break down jammed doors and windows, allowing them to enter or exit burning rooms. The fire brigade may be long gone now, but their tool of choice remains a touted favourite amongst survivors, as it has easily re-adapted to its medieval roots with great effect.
