The Leader is a survivor class in The Last Stand: Dead Zone that doubles as the player's character. The Leader's level and XP influences the level of the compound. Leaders are incredibly versatile, able to take on roles normally played by other survivor classes, and are the only ones, aside from the medic, who can heal other survivors during missions. They are specialized with all weapons, and will always gain XP from missions, even when they are not physically present. Players have the option to upgrade a Leader's skill group when they level up, which can be used to fill in for any unavailable specialists. Read more >>

Voting Rules and Guidelines[]
Candidates[]
Articles must be in the main namespace. The main namespace is where most of the articles are located. Pages like The Last Stand Wiki:Vandalism are not eligible as they are not part of the main namespace. Disambiguation pages are also not eligible because their main purpose is to direct readers to the page they are looking for, not to provide any actual content.
Nominators[]
Anyone is eligible to nominate an article, as long as they are not blocked from editing or have been specifically prohibited from nominating articles by the administrators. Each nomination must have:
- A short reason as to why the article should be featured.
- The nominator's signature - simply add four tildes (~~~~) to the end of your nomination.
Voting Process[]
Anyone may vote for a candidate, though they can only vote once. All votes must be signed - do this by adding four tiles (~~~~) at the end of your vote. The nominator cannot vote for their own nomination.
Below the votes are the "Comments" section. Again, all comments must be signed using four tildes (~~~~). The comments section is used to discuss the nomination or to express opinion on the article. Unlike votes, anyone can add a comment to a nomination, and they can do so more than once. Any administrator who feels that the article is not ready for featured article status can specifically withhold the article from being a featured article in the comments section. (i.e. Add Withheld <your reason here>). Once the article is improved, any administrator may remove the withheld notice, and the article is eligible to be featured again.
At the beginning of each month, an administrator will count up the votes. Candidates that have been withheld are to be ignored. The article with the most votes wins. If there is a tie, the administrator may pick a random one. The administrator should find a relevant image that best describes the article and write a short blurb about the article and add it to {{MP Featured Article}}. Once this is done, a new article is featured!
How to Nominate/Vote for an Article[]
IMPORTANT! Before nominating/voting, please read the following guidelines:
For Nominees: First, click here, and then scroll to the very bottom. Then, copy and paste the following code:
---- ===[[Your article name]]=== Your reason for nominating. ~~~~ ====Votes==== ====Comments====
Replace "Your article name" with the article you wish to nominate. Replace "Your reason for nominating" with your reason for why you think the article should be featured.
For Voters: Click the "Edit" button next to the "Votes" section of the candidate you want to vote for. Then, add "# ~~~~. In between the "#" and "~~~~", you may add an optional comment. Remember to add your vote DIRECTLY BENEATH the last person's vote. Do not add a space between votes as this breaks the list (remember to use the preview button!). Remember - you can only vote once!
Remember to include the four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your vote - that will automatically produce your signature.
Comments follow the same format as votes, except that you may comment on the candidate more than once.

The article on one of my favorite guns in the game; all links are in place, all stats are given, the pros and cons are all weighed, the pictures are great and give all variants, no spelling/punctuation errors, it's Jack's gun, and the tactics are... tactical. Great article imho! āShoopDerWoop 12:09, October 22, 2014 (UTC)

- I was originally going to select this as featured article, but I think we need a system for selecting weapon articles. Because let's be honest ā ever since we split them up into individual articles, they all contain very little actual information by themselves to make it to featured article quality. --I am k6ka Talk to me! - User blog:K6ka/Changing the weapons pages (again) might be the solution to this problem. --I am k6ka Talk to me! See what I have done 03:02, April 28, 2015 (UTC)

A feature from the past game. While it is not such a great deal, and surprises me why it wasn't released before, it has become the new trend (or maybe fad) of TLSDZ. I think there is a pic about the update somewhere in the wiki, can be used for the Main Page. --Z Creator (talk) 00:53, April 9, 2016 (UTC)I'm Souvage too

- Would like to see the "The Last Stand: Dead Zone" section expanded first before featuring this. āk6ka š (Talk Ā· Contributions) 01:29, April 9, 2016 (UTC)
