Made for Jokers.
The U.S M1 Helmet, iconic for it's use in the Second World War, saw use in the conflicts in Korea and later in Vietnam. Featuring a reversible camouflage cover with a pattern for summer/forest on one side and the other showing a fall/desert pattern. The M1 helmet continued to see service until 1985 in the U.S and variants still see use in Korea, Japan, and a few nations in Latin America.
How to obtainEdit
- The in-game Description "Made for Jokers" is a reference to the 101st Airborne Air Cavalry Division of the U.S. Army, who were famous for leaving a joker card on the corpses of killed Viet Cong members for the deceased's comrades to find. This was so the Viet Cong would know their comrades were attacked by the 101st Air Cavalry.
- The Helmet appears in game to have playing cards inserted between the helmet band and cover, a practice that started with the 101st Airborne Division.
