In the Christian faith, the death and resurrection of Jesus is incredibly important, central to the religion, as the death of Jesus was the punishment for sin being paid off, thus allowing humanity to ascend to heaven. Eggs are a common sight during Easter, and in the United States, the White House holds an annual Easter Egg Roll on Easter Monday.
