The Wakizashi is a bladed weapon featured in The Last Stand: Dead Zone.
Background
A short curved blade traditionally paired with the katana; it is just as razor-sharp and quick to draw, but it handles much more easily in tight-quarters. An exotic yet practical tool for any survivor's mission loadout.
Some weapons collectors and martial artists may have these.
Tactics
The Last Stand: Dead Zone
An excellent melee weapon, its combination of high damage and rapid attacks allow its wielder to easily carve up even higher level zombies. Like most melee weapons, however, its wielder will have to get close, a risky proposition even with such an effective blade.
